  • Designed and produced content using Adobe Creative Suite for print and marketing materials, digital ads, signage, and in-stadium displays.

  • Organized and archived video files and game footage after each contest.

  • Worked on the production side of the Portland Sea Dogs TV for MiLB TV.

  • Handled press-releases regarding game/race previews, game/race recaps, and breaking news.

  • Managed Stat Crew and Genius software for live statistics during assigned sporting events. 

  • Used Sidearm to help maintain athletic department's website.

  • Acted as the liaison between the ASUN Conference and assigned programs.

Friday Night Freelancer - Dallas Morning News  
Dallas, Texas / September 2020 - December 2020

  • Assigned football games weekly by the Dallas Morning News 

  • Traveled around North Texas to cover assigned contests. 

  • Gathered statistics during the game for the Dallas Morning News website including, individual player statistics, team statistics, and play-by-play updates. 

  • Constructed game recaps - wrote on strict deadline. 

  • Thoroughly researched each assigned matchup. 



Strategic Communications Intern- Mizzou Athletics   
Columbia, Missouri / February 2018 - March 2020

  • Worked various athletic events with jobs that included running social media, gathering statistics, taking game notes, writing game recaps, and helping with visiting media. 

  • Participated in office hours twice a week to help coordinators with various projects. 

  • Lead student assistant for the gymnastics program during the 2018-2019 season.

  • Served as a public relations intern for a Northwoods League Collegiate Baseball team; the Madison Mallards. 

  • Generated press releases for all news, all previews for home and away games, and recaps for home games. 

  • Conceived feature stories for the organizations website. 

  • Acted as the official scorekeeper during all 36 home games and Major League Dream showcase contest - used Pointstreak software. 

  • Designed new content every home game for the program called the "Quack Report," that included statistics and roster pages for both the home and visiting teams. 

  • Maintained the status of the active roster. 

  • Provided material for the Major League Dream Showcase event, including thorough statistic packets for 80 scouts. 

  • Used Adobe software daily, especially Illustrator and InDesign. 



Media Relations Intern- Valley Blue Sox Baseball Club

  • Summer intern for a New England Collegiate Baseball League team; the Valley Blue Sox 

  • Reported on home and away competitions - Wrote on deadline. 

  • Composed game previews, recaps and various press releases. 

  • Constructed social media and marketing campaigns - Created strategies to interact with fans by traveling around Western Massachusetts to gain more followers on social media platforms. 

  • Advertised the organization through community and event appearances - Attended events that included the Ronald McDonald House, hospital and elementary school visits. 

  • Ran social media accounts including the team website, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Snapchat - Raised Instagram following from 730 to 1,060, Twitter following from 1,750 to 2,030, and Facebook likes from 3,400 to 4,530.
